| • The best part about this bank though is their website. It is fast, easy to navigate, and
understandable. You can do transfers between your accounts, see all checks written and withdrawals
made, and get copies of past and present statements. It even allows you to see how much in pending
authorizations you have on your debit card.
• Wachovia has many ATM's and branches located all around the area so I'm not limited to where I
have to go to get money. It is easy to keep from being charged any type of fees. The smart thing to
do is keep the minimum balance in your account like they ask. They charge for, it is short and
simple. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.
• I've found the staff here to be never less than friendly, helpful and efficient, and willing to
work with me when I've needed them to. I've never had to endure an unreasonable wait time in line,
and the lobby is a pleasant and comfortable environment. A very enjoyable experience.
• All in all, this is the perfect bank for me. I have easy access to my account, can go in to make
deposits or speak to the tellers when I need to, and can manipulate my account through the website.
I don't get hit with fees, since I stay within the account guidelines. If you need to go inside your
bank once or twice a month, get money out of the ATM frequently, or don't use a computer, this might
not be the bank for you. |
