| • JPMorgan Chase online services have been helpful to the web site. The transition was easy.
JPMorgan Chase's online site and products are even better than any other bank. One improvement I
noticed is the ability to modify payment amount on recurring payments. So, I continue to be a big
fan and recommend them highly for JPMorgan Chase customers.
• With our Basic Checking and Basic Business accounts there is not monthly fee to contend with; time
will tell whether of not this remains the same. Chase is a huge bank with considerable amount of
overhead, so hopefully they will continue to be a bank where everyone can feel comfortable banking.
I have enjoyed my experience at Chase.
• I am very very satisfied with this bank’s services. JPMorgan Chase always helps me in my bed
condition. I always use its ATM and check my balance on its website. They manage it very properly. I
recommended all my relatives to use JPMorgan Chase. Thank you….
