based Bank of America, Los Angeles about a potential merger between the two entities. The Los
Angeles based bank exhibited strong growth throughout the 1920s, due in part to its success in

website allowed a second URL to be passed to the Bank of America website for redirection.

| • I have been a happy Bank of America customer for many many years. In fact I was part of Security
Pacific and migrated into Bank of America post Merger. Even that was well orchestrated in my
situation. I have although found that you need to go to the right people for the right things and
not assume that a teller can fix any problems you are having.
• Online banking was, without a doubt, the most positive experience I had with BOA. Their website is
fairly comprehensive and easy to use. After so many long waits to get good customer service at their
branches I began to conduct about 90% of my business online. I had no difficulties on the website
transferring money from account to account or checking balances or anything else. So, I was happy
about that.
• I use the online banking service, checks, check card, credit card, and make both deposits and
withdraws from BOA’s ATMs and haven’t encountered a single problem yet. This is a wonderful bank and
would recommend it to anyone.
• I think overall experience with Bank of America would be considered satisfactorily. They stop
charging for online payments long before others did. They track things well
• I mostly use Bank of America's website to check my balance and my statement. I use it to make sure
that there are no unauthorized activities on my account and to see if my checks have cashed. What's
great about Bank of America is that they'll scan the checks and have the images available to you at
your convenience. |
